Commercial Construction

Being in the construction arena for almost 30 years, CEO Jeramy Heinberger has a vast knowledge of many types of construction. First, starting out working with his father, a second-generation mason, learning core skills to build projects from the ground up. Within a few years, he moved into leadership roles, and eventually, after ten years, he partnered with several different companies that led him to successfully run and operate LIGI. Although the projects may vary, the constant will always be communication. When everyone is on the same page, it leaves very little room for error.
Residential Construction
Although residential projects may be smaller, this does not mean they are any less complex from phase one down to the final walk-through with the homeowner. Every step must be calculated and understood from the very beginning. High-level of business ethics and an excellent workforce, anything can be accomplished! ​
Pre-Construction
Pre-Construction is one of the core foundations of all construction.
One central aspect many companies overlook, is how and where to start a takeoff on the customer's project. With a complete understanding of the takeoff process, LIGI is always happy to guide and offer services to help subcontractors or customers, and, in some cases, be contracted to help larger companies see this step through.
Special Projects
If you need help with a unique project, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We have helped many companies figure out how to get complex projects completed. Working with many engineers over the years, we have figured out how to do many projects that have never been built. ​
Site Management
LIGI provides site management for our in-house projects. Safety, for us, is always a top priority! We train our staff to understand the dangers of projects and how to avoid situations that may arise. We comply with OSHA standards and are always happy to go beyond. There is nothing more important than going home to family. Let's all be safe out there!​
