CEO Jeramy Heinberger has had the pleasure to help build projects from new Ice skating rinks, disaster clean-up, and improvements to large power plants, bridge building, large scopes of Union Pacific R.R. facilities, Parks & Rec projects, electrical charging stations, and new suburban subdivisions. New Manufactured home communities, single builds, ADU projects, parking lots, school additions, and Cummings Diesel facilities improvements just to name a few.

The founder of LIG Investments has helped build projects across the country. With vast knowledge and understanding of what it takes to build a project from the ground up to completion. Projects ranging from single k to multi-million dollar projects.
Residential
From 2017 to 2022 LIGI's founder was able to work with local and state officials to help with the completion of over 300 low-income houses in different communities. These projects ranged from ADU's, manufactured homes, refurbishing and or rebuilding homes, including new addition housing. The vast majority of these homes took place in his home state of Utah.

With higher education and higher expectations of better building no matter what the project is, there is always room to help those in need. My heart goes out to those who are most impacted by the high cost of inflation. It is my goal to not only take on projects with integrity but to help those who can not afford a conventional home. Helping low-income families is rewarding in its entirety.

What We Do
A typical project for LIG Investments could include a homeowner wanting a new look added to their home. Or we could start from the ground up for a completely new subdivision. In the commercial and Industrial sectors, we are happy to be the project's main general contractor or sub-contractor if a smaller scope of work is needed.
